Bass and daughter, Myrna King. Eula worked as a home maker and was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church. She was a former member of Bethesda Baptist Church and Northern Free Will Baptist Church. She was also a member of Woodman of the World. Mrs. Bass is survived by her sons, Carl Roberts of Durham, James Calvin Bass of Durham, and John Douglas Roberts of Florence, South Carolina; daughter, Nancy Canada of Siler City; sisters, Ellon Carter, Anistine Hall, and Edna Adair all of Fayetteville; 12 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
