Delores Osborn
Mrs. Delores Ann Ogborn, age 83, passed away Tuesday, August 23, 2022. She was born in Noble, IL on July 1, 1939 to James & Marjorie (Bassett) Goodman and married Robert Ogborn on February 1, 1958. Mrs. Ogborn was a member of River of Life Assembly God Church, the very same church where she had been married and taught Sunday School decades earlier. Delores was a talented cake decorator in her early years. In her later years, she enjoyed tending her Secret Garden and taking in all four seasons on their back porch. She always supported and was adored by all her children and grandchildren. After the passing of her doting husband of 63 years, she was regarded as the "loving matriarch" of the family. SURVIVORS Son, Bert (Cathy) Ogborn; daughters, Julie (David) Luce, Trudi (Derek) Batt, Laura Kelly & Lisa (Rick) Isacson; 16 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; brother, Dan (Peg) McGrady; 2 sisters, Linda (Larry) Dickenson & Roberta Ash. She was preceded in death by her parents, Husband, Robert Ogborn, son-in-law, Kenneth Kelly, great granddaughter, Victoria Ann Fancher, brother, Robert (Norma) Goodman & sister, Sue DeWitte. SERVICE Saturday, August 27, 2022, 2:00 PM at Clock Chapel with visitation one hour prior- Muskegon with Randy Blanchette officiating. Interment in Fruitport Cemetery.
