Bright Avery Bass
Bright Avery Bass, 74, died Thursday night at the home of his sister, Mrs. John C. Lockamy of Roseboro. Funeral services were conducted Saturday at 3:00 p.m., from the Shady Grove Free Will Baptist Church. Interment followed in the family cemetery. Mr. Bass is survived by his sisters, Mrs. N.B. Lewis, of Roanoke Rapids.
