Geraldine Middleton Bass was born in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, on August 5, 1934, and she died in Mobile, Alabama, on January 26, 2025. She graduated from Long Beach High School in Long Beach, Mississippi, and married William Francis Bass (deceased) in 1953. Mrs. Bass was a long-time resident of Mobile, Alabama. She is survived by three children ? D. A. Bass-Frazier (Douglas S.), Sandra Leigh Bass Ziglar (Jim), and William F. Bass, Jr., (Darlene E.); three grandchildren ? Ashley Ziglar Johnson (Mitch), Jessica Curry (Clinton), Katherine Frazier, and William F. Bass, III; and three great-grandchildren ? Henry Curry, Chole, and Harper Johnson. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2025. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a charitable donation be made in her honor.
