Paul W. Bass, 76, of Bellaire, Ohio died Sunday October 9, 2011 in his home. He was born July 28, 1935 in Bellaire, Ohio, a son of the late Earl and Virginia (Klauss) Bass. He was a member of the St. Joe's Church of Christ. He retired from Phillip Stamping as a Dye-Setter and was a U.S. Army Special Services Veteran. In addition to his parents Paul was preceded in death by two brothers; James and Richard Bass. Paul is survived by his wife; Sandra (Donahue) Bass, four children; Jeanne Soos, Paul Wayne Bass, Ruth Anne Marty, and David T. Bass all of Bellaire, Ohio, eleven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Family and friends will be received Tuesday, October 11, 2011 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 4:00 p.m. at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Home and Crematory, 441 37th Street, Bellaire, Ohio with Evangelist Jonathan McAnulty officiating.
