Iris Bassett
FALL RIVER MILLS -- Services for Iris Vivian Bassett, 81, of Fall River Mills will be at -- p.m. today at Fall River Veterans Hall in Fall River Mills.
The Rev. Mac McKee of Community United Methodist Church will officiate.
Burial will be at Fall River Mills Cemetery.
Mrs. Bassett died Saturday, April 19, 2003, at Mayers Memorial Hospital in Fall River Mills.
Born June 16, 1921 in Glenburn, she was -- lifelong resident of Shasta County.
She was -- postmaster in Fall River Mills and -- member of the Fall River Mills Golf Club.
Survivors include son Jack of Redding, brother Percy Nicklson of Prineville, Ore., sisters Maime Minette of McArthur and Rose Linears of Marysville, and two grandchildren.
Arrangements are being handled by McDonald's Chapel in Burney.
