At the time of her passing, she was 71 years of age. She was preceded in death by her father, Guy Bass Sr.; Leroy Hosey, Howard Hosey and Caroline Bass. Survivors include two daughters, Tonja Peyton and husband, Troy, of the state of Kentucky, and Teena Harris and husband, Pete, of the state of Minnesota; two sons, Ronald Stogsdill and wife, Sue, and Terry Harris; her mother, Blanche Irene Bass; one brother, Guy Bass Jr. and wife, Anna; and one sister, Retha Stroud, all of Marshfield; 10 grandchildren, Elizabeth, Rebecca, Bailee, Kylee, Dezara, Heather, Paul, Naomi, Joshua and Josiah. Services for Ellen Elizabeth Harris were held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, Dec. 8, at Day Funeral Home, Marshfield. Burial was in Marshfield Cemetery, Marshfield. Memorial contributions may be made to Faith Baptist Church and left with the funeral home.
