Julie entered the world on July 6th, 1937 in Portland, OR to Edmund and Vernette Stuhr. At a young age, her family relocated to Colville, WA. Shortly after graduating from Colville High School, she married the love of her life, James Bass, and proceeded to have three children, Jim, Jon, and Christi. Julie was a devoted member of Advent Lutheran Church while also having a fruitful career working at US Bank for 17 years. Through her work and faith, Julie maintained an abundance of close friendships, including Marlyce Murphy, who was Julies' dear friend for over 50 years. Julie was predeceased by her husband, James Bass, son, Jon Bass, stepdaughter, Gwen Dutt, granddaughter, Amy Bass, and great-granddaughter, Matie Huntley. She is survived by her children, Jim Bass and Christi Parman, stepdaughter, Sandy Milliken, grandchildren, Jimmy Bass (Sarah), Matt Bass, Jeff Bass (Nikki), Kaity Bass, and Jennifer Parman, and her great-grandchildren, Luke Bass and Millie Bass.
