  Notes	Schenectady Gazette, Saturday Morning, June 6, 1925 Henry Bessette Henry Bessette, one of the best known residents of this city, and for many years proprietor of a restaurant here, died this morning at his home in 61 Canvass street. He acted as chef for the Order of Elks for the past eight years. He was born in Canada and lived in this city 50 years. He is survived by his wife, one sister, Mrs. Robert Wilden of North Troy, and two brothers, Joseph of Mechanicville and William of Dallas, Texas. The funeral will be held Sunday afternoon at 3:30 o’clock. Burial will be in the Waterford Rural cemetery.
