Thompson, 74, died at her home in Goldsboro today after a long illness. She was the wife of the Percy M. Thompson, and moved to Goldsboro from Charlotte 46 years ago. For 45 years she had been a member of St. Stephen?s Epsicopal Church, where funeral will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m., with Rev. George C Stierwald officiating. Burial will be in Willow Dale Cemetery. Surviving are one son, Percy of Charlotte, and a daughter, Mrs. M.K. Carmichael of Vienna, Va.
