  Notes	Charleston News and Courier South Carolina Saturday, November 24, 1973 Mrs. Henry L. Bass Lydia - Mrs. Alma Galloway Bass, 79, widow of Henry Lee Bass, died Friday in a local hospital. The funeral will be 3:30 p.m. Saturday in Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church. Burial will be in the Galloway Cemetery, directed by Brown-Pennington-Atkins Funeral Home. Mrs. Bass was born in Darlington County, a daughter of the late Hartwell W. and Mrs. Callie Galloway. She was a member of Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church, the Ladies Bible Class and the WSCS. Surviving are: a daughter, Mrs. Robert Galloway of Charlotte, North Carolina; two sons, E. Gay Bass and Harry Lee Bass, both of Lydia, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
