  Notes	Charleston News and Courier, South Carolina, March 1, 1974 Mrs. Ernest T. Bass HARTSVILLE ? Mrs. Frances King Bass, 75, widow of Ernest T. Bass Sr., died Thursday in a local hospital. The funeral will be 4 p.m. Friday at the Chapel of Brown-Pennington-Atkins Funeral Home. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery. Mrs. Bass was bor in Darlington County, a daughter of the late Arthur King and Mrs. Eva King. She was a member of St. Luke?s Methodist Church, the Order of the Eastern Star and the American Legion Auxiliary. Surviving are: two sons, Ernest T. Bass Jr. of Bethune and Robert K. Bass of Hartsville; a daughter, Mrs. K.M. Tyner of North Charleston; three sisters, Mrs. Oscar Brazington of Lake City, Mrs. Vista Tolso nand Miss Mary King, both of Hartsville; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
