Bass was a member and deacon of Nall’s Memorial Baptist Church, and a member of Mary Williams Masonic Lodge No. 307, Ferndale. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at Nall’s Memorial Baptist Church by the Reverend Paul D. Parker. Graveside service with Masonic rites will be in Pleasant Grove Cemetery by North Little Rock Funeral Home. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Mattie Bell Willis Bass; two daughters, Mrs. Louise Draper and Mrs. Maggie Parks, both of Roland; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. 1940 Federal Census of Owen, Pulaski County, Arkansas Jessie E.
