Clifford Warren Bass
January 2, 1948 - November 11, 2012
Mr. Clifford Warren (Cliff) Bass, 64, of Noel, Missouri, departed this life on Sunday morning, November 11, 2012, at his residence after a brief illness. Cliff entered this life on January 2, 1948, in Fort Dodge, Iowa, born to the union of Charles Lloyd and Bonnie (Clark) Bass. He was raised in Fort Dodge and was a 1966 graduate of Fort Dodge Senior High School. On March 5, 1971, he was united in marriage to Marlene Catherine Troutwine and to this union two daughters and one son were born. He and Marlene resided in various places before settling to Noel, Missouri, seven years ago. For several years he owned and operated C. Bass Surveying. His father, Charles Lloyd Bass, preceded him in death. Cliff is survived by: his wife of 41 years, Marlene Bass, of the home; two daughters, Krystal Crotts and husband, Brian, of Camdenton, Missouri, and Vanda Kendall and husband, Michael DeMoor, of Plum Grove, Texas; a son, Canada Bass of Mesquite, Texas; five grandchildren; his mother, Bonnie Bass of Ft. Dodge, Iowa; four brothers; three sisters; several nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other family and friends. No formal services will be held at this time.
