Georgina B. Bliss Planning to Marry
Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Bliss of West Chester, Pa. have announced September wedding plans for their daughter, Georgiina Bassett Bliss, and William Richmond Marshall 3d, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Swan Marshall 3d of Harbor Island, the Bahamas.
Miss Bliss, 26 years old, graduated from the Madeira School and the University of Vermont. She is the sales promotion manager at the Guerlain cosmetics and perfume company in New York. Her father is the president of Hanover Container, a packaging company in Hanover, Pa.
Mr. Marshall, 25, graduated from Tabor Academy and St. Lawence University. He is an associate product manager at the Polo/Ralph Lauren Corporation in New York. His father retired as the chairman of the Southern Ohio Bank in Cincinnati.

Miss Bliss and William Marshall 3rd Are Married in Chestertown, Maryland
Georgina Bassett Bliss, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Hooker Bliss of Worton, Maryland, was married yesterday to William Richmond Marshall 3rd, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Swan Marshall 3rd of Harbour Island, the Bahamas. The Rev. Gregory S. Straub performed the Episcopal ceremony at Emmanuel Church in Chestertown, Maryland.
Mrs. Marshall, 26 years old, is the sales promotion manager for Guerlain in New York. She graduated from the Madeira School and the University of Vermont. Her father is the president of Hanover Container, a packaging concern in Hanover, Pennsylvania. She is a granddaughter of Thurstan Bassett-Powell of Chestertown, who retired as chairman of The Daily Telegraph in London.
Mr. Marshall, 26, is an associate projects manager in the creative services department at the Polo/Ralph Lauren Corporation in New York. He graduated from Tabor Academy and St. Lawrence University. His father retired as the chairman of the Southern Bank in Cincinnati.
