      Heart Attack Fatal ? Dies On Vanderbilt Campus

      B.C. Bass of 869 Thomas died of heart attack Sunday night on the campus of Vanderbilt University. Mr. Bass, who was 72, had gone to the University to attend commencement exercises in which a niece was taken part.
      Born in Tennessee, Mr. Bass had lived in Florida before coming to Memphis more than 25 years ago. He operated the Bass Tourist Home at the Thomas address. He was a Presbyterian.
      Mr. Bass was the brother of Mrs. Henry Lloyd of Selma, Ala., AND Lester L. Bass of Mobile.
