Born Januar7 28 in Kokomo, IN, she lived in Chicago for many years before moving to Columbus in 1969, where she worked at the Union Clothing Store until it closed. Preceded in death by her parents and five brothers and sisters. Betty is survived by sister, Anita Canary of Columbus; brother, William (Minnie) Bassett of Kokomo, IN; and several nieces and nephews, including Dick (Pam) Gaskill of Dublin.
