Bass Funeral for Leslie Barbara Bass of Milwaukie will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Peake Memorial Chapel, Milwaukie, with interment in Willamette National Cemetery. Mrs. Bass, 90, died Sunday in her home. Born October 16, 1891, in Star, Idaho, she moved to Milwaukie in 1920. At one time, she was employed by the Oregon Woolen Mills. She was a member of the VFW Laides Auxiliary and Neighbors of Woodcraft, and a past president of both groups. She also was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. Survivors include a son, Richard K. Bass of Milwaukie, and five grandchildren. The family suggests that remembrances be donations to the Milwaukie Seventh Day Adventist Church.
