Burial will be in Rose Lawn Cemetery, Monticello, Florida, under the care of Williams-Thomas Funeral Home, 404 North Main Street, Gainesville, Florida 32301. Mr. Bassett, who lived in Gainesville, Florida, died on Friday, December 6, 1996 in Gainesville.
