Robert Michael Bassett
Robert Michael Bassett, 48, of Benton, KY, passed away Sunday, February 27, 2005 at Rush-Copley Medical Center. He was born November 21, 1956 in Aurora, the son of Max and the late Joyce Bassett.
Besides his father, he is survived by his four brothers, Terry Bassett, Richard Bassett, Randy Bassett and Ed Bassett; his four sisters, Lynda Glover, Claudia (James) Proctor, Donna Furgeson and Jessica (William) Rowland; three nephews, Richard Glover, William Glover and Robert Ferguson; nieces, Juanita (Mike Dabolt, Sara Hamilton, Tisha Furgeson, Natasha Bassett, Alexandra Bassett, Kayla Subert and Jasmine Hayesi; eight great-nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Joyce Bassett; paternal and maternal grandparents; and his brother-in-law, Benny Furgeson.
Graveside services will be held Friday, March 4, 2005 in Ramsey, Illinois. Visitation will take place March 3, 2005 from 4-8 PM at The Healy Chapel, 332 W. Downer Pl., Aurora. For further information, please call (630) 897-9291 or visit our website at www.healychapel.com.
