BASSETT, Betty Jane 78, of St. Petersburg, passed away on June 22, 2014. She is survived by her daughters, Angela Bassett Vance and Dannette Belinda Bassett; brothers, Ralph and Garland Gilbert; sister, Lorraine Gilbert; grandchildren, Slater Josiah and Bronwyn Golden Vance; and great-aunt, Inez Ford. Visitation will be on Friday from 6-7 pm and funeral services Saturday June 28, at 11 am, both services will be held at Greater Mt. Zion A.M.E. Church, 1045 16th Street South.
