A native of Chesapeake, he was predeceased by his parents, Johnnie Jarvis and Hazel Moore Bass. Daniel retired from Hampton Roads Heating and Cooling and UA Plumbers and Pipefitters' Local Union 110. He enjoyed woodworking and being with his family. A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 29, at 1 PM in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Bennetts Creek Chapel, Suffolk, by Pastor Bob Groves. Burial will be in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens.
