Mrs. Volga was a native of North Carolina and a member of Women of the Moose. Survived by two daughters, Doris L. Andras of Willowick, Ohio, and Donna L. Tully of Pennington, N.J.; two sons, John B. Bass Jr., of Hampton and Joseph A. Bass of Matthews, N.C.; her mother, Mary Coleman of Charlotte, N.C.; a sister, Irene Coleman of Charlotte; three brothers, Robert L. Coleman of Florida, Julius Coleman of South Carolina and Gene Coleman of Stanley, N.C.; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Visitation from 7 to 9 tonight at R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home. Funeral at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home by the Rev. John J. Kyllo. Burial in Parklawn Memorial Park.
