Bass, 65, of 4545 Sugar Mill Road, a retired Exxon Co. executive and an 11-year Dallas resident, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in Park Cities Baptist Church. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery in Fort Worth. He died Monday in a Dallas hospital. Bass retired in 1973 automotive coordinator after 31 years with Exxon Co. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II and a member of Park Cities Baptist Church and Private Carriers Association of America. He is survived by his wife, Lina Mae, and three brothers, William A. Bass, J.S. Bass and Frank T. Bass.
