Marion Bassett - Neal Straub

Miss Marion Jean Bassett, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William I. Bassett Jr., will become the bride of Neal Raymond Straub, son of Mr. and Mrs. John J. Edwards, all of Chula Vista, this afternoon at 3 in St. Rose of Lima Church.
The bride's gown of nylon net over taffeta is embellished with French imported lace. A net and pearl headdress holds her veil and she will carry white roses. Members of the bridal party will include Mrs. William Norton, Miss Tonya Lewis, Miss Mary Sue Wheeling, Christine Blythe, James Holder, William I. Bassett III and Wendell Blase.
Following a reception in Chula Vista Women's Club the newlyweds will leave for a honeymoon trip to the High Sierra. They will reside at 4269 Fortieth Street.
