He departed this life, April 13, 1975 at the Lucas County Memorial Hospital, having obtained the age of 69 years, 6 months and 25 days. Glen was the son of Albert Joseph and Minola McLauglin Bass. His parents preceded him in death as did brothers, Floyd, Earl and Fred; and sisters, Hazel Bass and Jessie Alexander. He leaves to mourn his passing, his sister, Maude Clark of Blaine, Wash.; nephews, nieces, other relatives and a host of friends. He united with the Eden Baptist Church while still a young man and remained loyal to it throughout his life. Glen was caretaker of the Humeston City Park and custodian of the Humeston Baptist Church for more than a decade.
