In the name of God amen I Ciceley Bass of the County of Chesterfield and Parish of Dale being very low and weak but thanks to God in perfect mind and memory do make an ordained this my last will and testament in the manner in form following -
Imprimus. First I give my wearing clothes to be equally divided amongst my four daughters Mary Walthall, Anne Branch, Elizabeth Wilkinson and Sarah Friend.
I also give to my daughters Mary Whitehall, Anne Branch and Elizabeth Wilkinson, each of them 20 shillings Current money.
Item. I give all the rest of my Estate not already given away to be equally divided between my son Joseph Bass and my daughter Sarah Friend and I do constitute an appoint my son Joseph Bass my whole and sole executor of this my last Will, and making Null and void all other will or wills formerly made by me, in testimony whereof I have here unto set my hand and affixed my seal the 17 day of November 1769.
