Dr. James K. Roeder (1940 ? 2014) (Picture included)
Dr. James Keith Roeder, 74, of 207 Hidden Springs Lane, died June 3, 2014.
A native of Dayton, Ohio and long time resident of Pinellas County, Florida, son of the late Raymond and Wanita Gray Roeder, he was a retired school psychologist and professor. He was a graduate of Bryan College in Dayton, Tennessee, the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio.
Surviving are his wife, Phyllis Smith Roeder of the home; a son Mark Andrew Roeder (Holly) of Taylors; and a granddaughter, Anna Elizabeth Roeder. Other survivors include his cousins, Thomas and Douglas Cheney and their families.
Funeral services will be held 3:00 p.m. Monday at Community Baptist Church, conducted by Dr. David Whitcomb and Rev. Dale Byrom. Burial will follow in Wood Memorial Park.
Visitation will be held 1:00-3:00 p.m. Monday at the church.
