Melvin D. Bass
BASS Melvin D. Bass, age 45, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 17, 2005 at his residence. Member of Living Faith Apostolic Church and formerly employed by the US Post Office. Predeceased by father, Henry Bass; and brother, Anthony Bass. Survived by loving mother, Frances (William) Peoples; brother, Marty Bass, Athens, OH; sister, Monica Bass, Broadview Heights, OH; grandparents, Mary Brown, Cols. and Leroy (Elizabeth) Stokes, NC; aunts, Betty (Robert) Garner, Barbara Walker, Anna Stokes, and Alese Ware; uncles, Leroy Stokes, Jr. and Waddell (Lucille) Bass both of Cols., and Rev. William Stokes, NC; special great-aunt, Willa Mae Pass; nephews, Lance and Derazz; niece, Isis; dear cousins, Sidney Stokes and Evangelist Linda Johnson; many other great and great-great aunts and uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Many thanks to Riverside Methodist Hospital, The Cleveland Clinic, and Home Health Services. Homegoing Celebration 12 noon, Saturday, May 21, 2005 at Living Faith Apostolic Church 2177 Mock Rd.
