Mrs. Walter Burch (Nee Nettie Gray) Died Sunday, September 13 at her home in Websters Grove, Mo. She was born near Black Walnut 58 years ago, the daughter of the late Oscar M. and Adelia Gray. She moved to Charles about 43 years ago. She graduated from Lindenwood College.
She is survived by her husband and 8 children: Chester, Mrs. Michael Nisbit, William, Oscar, Ewing, Olive, Jane and James. Eight brothers and sisters are left: Mrs. Angie English, St. Louis; Mrs. Fannie Cribbs of Colo; Mrs. Olive Hardaway, University City; Mrs. Ruby Roff, Los Angeles; Edward, Kansas City; Oscar, Louisville; Ralph of Kansas City and Fantley of St. Charles. Her father passed away on Thursday, July 30th.
The funeral will be from the family residence in Webster Groves, with burial in the family lot at Oak Grove Cemetery, St. Charles.
