She was born in Meridan on September 29, 1965, a daughter of Mary Berger Bassett of Meriden. She worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant for many years. She loved children, was a very loving and giving person, and dedicated herself to caring for her family. She is survived by her mother and step-father, Mary Bassett and Albert Freeman of Meridan; her companion, Noel Cardona Sr. and his children Noel Jr., David, and Marcos; her brother, Theodore Bassett; and extended family. She was predeceased by her brothers, Leon R. Charest and Timothy L. Bassett. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Meriden. Arrangements are under the direction of The Wallingford Funeral Home.
