Richland, IN. ? Ralph Bass, 73, of Richland, Indiana passed away on Monday, February 24, 2020 at St. Vincent Hospital in Evansville, Indiana.
Ralph was born in Boonville, Indiana on July 28, 1946 to the late Johnnie and Anna (Lutz) Bass.
Ralph graduated from Boonville High School. He served proudly in the United States National Guard for many years. Ralph was a member of the Strangers Rest Lodge #240 in Boonville, Indiana. Ralph loved spot shooting, Cardinals Baseball, IU ?Hoosiers? Basketball, and was a proud family man and loving Papaw.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Charlie Bass.
Ralph is survived by his children, Tricia ?Trish? Wilson of Newburgh, IN; Shelby Bass and his wife, Summer of Boonville, IN; Keith Bass of Richland, IN; April McGinnis and her husband, Jeff of O?Fallon, IL; grandchildren, Cody Hicks, Sierra Bass, Kylie Hicks, Emily Hicks, Conner McGinnis, Spencer Bass, Hailey McGinnis, AnnaRebecca Bass; great-grandson, Huck Hicks; siblings, Elwood Bass (Janice); Kenny Bass (Anita); Dorothy Newton (Jim); Chester Bass (Linda); Paul Bass; several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 3 P.M. on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at Koehler Funeral Home in Boonville, Indiana with Pastor Nathan Logsdon officiating. Burial will be at Maple Grove Cemetery in Boonville, Indiana with the Warrick County Veterans Memorial Services to conduct military honors.
Visitation will be from 10 A.M. until 3 P.M. on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Warrick County Humane Society.
