He was formerly of Boonville, Ind. David was employed for sixteen years at Perfection Hydraulics in Evansville ,Ind. He was friend of Bill W. David was preceded in death by his sister, Tammy Bass Denham; and his parents, Lloyd and Martha Bass. He is survived by his wife of eight years, Lori Bass, of Ridgetop, Tenn.; daughter, Katie Moorhead (Ryan Hebner), of Evansville, Ind.; three grandchildren, Logan, Quenton and Waylon Moorhead; three brothers, Dennis, Danny and Doug Bass, all of Evansville, Ind. Funeral service 1 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 13, 2013, at Koehler Funeral Home, Boonville Chapel. Rev. Honna Schloss will be officiating the service with burial in Clark Cemetery, Tennyson, Ind. Friends may call Saturday 4 to 8 p.m. and Sunday at Noon until service time at Koehler Funeral Home, Boonville Chapel.
