Dorothy L. (McIntire) Bassett of Greenfield died Monday, Dec. 8, 2003. Beloved wife of the late Francis J. Bassett. Beloved mother of Carol Shearer of San Diego, Calif., Kathleen Guzzi and Charles Bassett. Sister of the late Martin McIntire, David McIntire and Alice Kichi. Also survived by four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday only in the Edward P. Kanai Funeral Home, 500 Greenfield Ave., Greenfield, where funeral services will be at noon Wednesday.
