Robert Lanier Bass
Robert "Bob" Lanier Bass from Wilson passed away Wednesday, December 22, 2021. A celebration of life will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at Joyner's Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. Rev. Rusty Russell will officiate.
Bob was a member of Peace Church where he served his Lord faithfully. He was the owner of Western Sizzlin for twenty-two years. Bob was a loving, husband, father, grandfather, and friend to all who knew him. Bob will be dearly missed.
Bob is survived by his wife, Susan Snow Bass; daughters, Jennifer Bass Moreira, and Allison Bass Crandall; sons-in-law, Ronald Allen Moreira, and James William Crandall; grandchildren, Ethan Meredith Capps, Robert Andrew Lee, Jackson Tucker Lee, and Austin James Crandall, and lovingly "adopted daughter", Erica Clary Lamm.
