Miss E.F. Bassett
The funeral of the late Miss Emily Frances Bassett of Stockwell House, Frindsbury, who died at her home on Saturday, took place at Frindsbury Church on Wednesday. The mourners were Miss Grace Bassett (sister), Miss Edmonds, Miss V. Edmonds, and Miss L. Edmonds (friends). Miss Bassett was a member of a well-known Rochester family and was the second daughter of the late Mr. G. Bassett and a niece of the late Mr. James Bassett (solicitor). She is survived by four sistyers ? one in New Zealand and one in Italy ? and one brother, Mr. G.E. Bassett, of Chatham. Beautiful floral tributes were sent by the following:
