BASSET, Peter Dudley McKellar. Late of Toowoomba and formerly of South Africa, passed away on Wednesday, 9th March 2011. Aged 87 years. Beloved Husband, Father, and Gramps to Tinkie, Keith and Sue, Ian, Alison and John; Murray, Alan, Julia and Duncan. Full Funeral details to appear in a later edition of the Toowoomba Chronicle.
BASSET, Peter Dudley McKellar. Devoted Husband of 62 years to Tinkie. Beloved Father of Keith, Ian, Alison and Father-in-law to Suzie and John. Adored Gramps to Murray, Alan, Julia and Duncan. "Adopted" Dad and Grandpa to so many.
Ex-S.A.A.F. No 543174V Lieutenant Pilot 31 B-24 Squadron, Chief Architect RSA Transport Services. Taken suddenly and unexpectedly on Wednesday, 9th March, 2011, aged 87 years.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Peter's funeral to be held at the T.S. Burstow Chapel, 1020 Ruthven Street (south), Toowoomba.
Service commencing at 10:00 a.m. Friday, 18th March, 2011. Service complete at the Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Guide Dogs, Australia, gift envelopes available at the Chapel.
