He is survived by wife, Sherry; mother, Virginia Field; father, Chester (Dorothy) Bassett; daughters, Tammy (Joe) Caba, Laurie (Shawn) Voorhees and Crystal Bassett; stepsons, Scott and Greg (Heather) Peter; grandchildren, Chase, Dustin, Kaitlyn; granddog, Avalon; brothers, Stan (Pat) and Larry (Debra) Bassett; other family and many, many friends. Services are private. Burial at sea with the seals and sea lions.
