Funeral services for Terry Paschol Bass, age 75, of Woodland will be held on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Bear Creek Methodist Church with Bro. Jacob Wilkerson officiating. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery with Benefield Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
The family will receive at the church from 12:00-2:00 PM on Wednesday before services begin.
Mr. Bass passed away on Friday, February 14, 2025, at his home.
Survivors include his wife, Pauline Wilson Bass of Woodland; two sons, T. J. Bass and Austin Bass, both of Woodland; bonus son, Chris Spradlin (Leah) of Woodland; one grandson, Liam Spradlin; and one sister, Linnie Faye Capes of Woodland.
Pallbearers will be the men of Bear Creek Methodist Church.
A Randolph County native, Mr. Bass was born on June 17, 1949, the son of Russell P. and Arlis Sears Bass. He was a veteran of the Alabama National Guard and was a member of Bear Creek Methodist Church. Mr. Bass worked as a mechanic for Sewell?s before retiring. He enjoyed farming and fishing and was a good mechanic and a good neighbor. Mr. Bass was preceded in death by his parents.
