The funeral will be at 3:30 p.m. today in McMillan Memorial Baptist Church, Marion. Burial directed by Smith-Collins Funeral Home, will be in Old Neck Cemetery, Gresham. Miss Bass was born in Marion County, a daughter of Fletcher Graves Bass and Bertha Matthews Bass. She was a member of McMillan Memorial Church. Surviving are a son, Don Layne Bass of Columbia; three sisters, Lula Mae Woodberry and Lottie Davis, both of Gresham, and Evelyn Atkison of Marion; and a brother, Thomas Howard Bass of Effingham.
