Howard E. Bassett, 91, of Phoenix, AZ, passed away on February 7, 2006. He was born in Burlingame, KS and moved to Phoenix from Topeka, KS in 1957. He retired from American Express. Survivors include his wife, Lois, sons, Steven and Philip, two granddaughters and a great grandson. Private services have been held. Contributions may be made to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 East Flower Street, Phoenix, AZ 85014. Arrangements entrusted to A.L. Moore Grimshaw Bethany Chapel.
