  Notes	Coshocton Tribune, Coshocton, Ohio September 13, 1919 Says Wife Has Vicious Temper Edna Alice Bassett has commended suit in probate court against Benton Davis Bassett asking divorce, alimony and an injunction restraining him from coming on the premises where she lives at 1323 Chestnut st. They were married at Plainfield June 7, 1900 and have three children. She charges her husband with extreme cruelty, alleging that he slapped her and choked her until she had to be rescued by the children. She says he is lazy and has refused to support her and the children adequately. She says the furniture was purchased with her funds. She alleges that because of his abuse she is almost a nervous wreck and says he has repeatedly told her he would kill her if she sued him for divorce. C. Homer Durand is attorney for the plaintiff.
