  Notes	Oswego Times and Express, New York, Thursday, September 13, 1883 Elopements An elopement occurred at North Wilna, Jefferson county, a day or two ago. The parties were Frank Bassett, single, aged 22, and Mrs. Foster, aged 30. Young Bassett’s parents reside in Carthage, but he has been working a farm belonging to his father in North Wilna. Friday he hired a horse to go to North Bend, and took Mrs. Foster with him. The horse and buggy were found at Great Bend, but the couple were missing.
