Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Wilma Lewis Bass; daughters, Mrs. Teresa Driggers of Fork and Mrs. Becky Horne of Lake View; sons, Wilton Cary Bass of Florence and James Nathan and Wendell Dale Bass of Lake View; his parents of Mullins; sisters, Mrs. Martha Cook and Mrs. Janet Price of Dillon, Mrs. Dean Poston, Mrs. Debbie Lee, Mrs. Dora Lee Wright and Miss Cindy Bass of Mullins and Mrs. Linda Bethea and Mrs. Patricia Sheckelford of Marion; a brother, Halon Bass Jr. of Mullins; and grandchildren. Services will be held at 5 p.m. today at Kemper Baptist Church, with burial in Lake View Cemetery. Prevatte Funeral Home is in charge.
