  Notes	Providence Journal, Rhode Island, Wednesday, March 27, 1985 Doris J. Bassett Doris J. Bassett, 58, of Elinora Street, Riverside, died Sunday at Kent County Memorial Hospital, Warwick. She was the wife of George E. Bassett. She was born in Providence a daughter of the late Leo A. and Laura O. (Picard) Lusignan. She had lived in East Providence all her life. Besides her husband she leaves two daughters, Cheryl A. Pompei of East Providence and Deborah E. Fidalgo of Woodstock, Vt.; a son, Richard D. Bassett of East Providence; a sister, Alma Wall of East Providence; five brothers, Norman, Albert, Robert and Ernest Lusignan, all of East Providence and Paul Lusignan of Seekonk, Mass.; and two grandchildren. The funeral will be held tomorrow at 9 a.m. from the W. Raymond Watson Funeral Home, 350 Willett Ave., with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 in St. Brendan's Church, Turner Avenue. Burial will be in Mt. St. Mary's Cemetery.
