Jennie E. (Mignacca) Bassett Czerwein
Bassett Czerwein, Jennie E. (Mignacca), 87, of May St., passed away on Monday.
She was the beloved wife of the late Oscar Bassett.
Born in Pawtucket, she was the daughter of the late Gaetano and Sadie
(DeLicio) Mignacca. Jennie was a member of the VFW Women's Auxiliary and a
communicant of The Church of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
She leaves 2 daughters, Carolyn Oliver of Narragansett and Jane Buco of North
Providence; 2 sons, Charles Czerwein of Mapleville and John Czerwein of
Smithfield; two stepdaughers, Barbara Dickerson (correction from 7 Oct 2005)
of Warwick and Norma Jean Bassett of Saunderstown; 2 sisters, Mary Palumbo of
Warwick and Alice Arsenault of Pawtucket; 2 brothers, Andrew Mignacca of North
Providence and Lester Mignacca of Lincoln; and 14 grand, 20 great grand, and 2
great great grandchildren. Jennie was the sister of the late Alfred, James,
and Albert Mignacca.
Funeral Thursday at 9 AM from the A.A. Mariana & Son Funeral Home, 200 Hawkins
St. Providence. Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in The Church of the
Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mineral Spring Ave., North
Providence. Burial in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket. Calling Hours Wednesday
