Notes |
- Notes from Nate Carter: "Uncle Harry lived in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and also owned a resort in Rosco, New York - Lakewood Farm Inn. The founder of the Rockefeller fortune, old John D. Rockefeller visited his Inn as did another well known millionaire - old Commodore Luckenback of the steamship lines bearing his name. After Uncle Harry died, his son managed the Inn for a while but was not as financially capable and the Inn passed into other hands and later burned. There was a lake on the property which was called Lake Florence.
