  Notes	Harold W. Rooks, 1974 CORTLANE - Harold W. Rooks, 67, 4693 Ridge Rd., NE (Johnston Township), was pronounced dead on arrival at Trumbull Memorial Hospital, Warren, at 3:30 p.m. Sunday. He was born Jan. 29, 1907, in Greene, the son of Burt and Merle Winchell Rooks. A resident here 35 years, Mr. Rooks was a farmer, and was also employed by the Brainard Strapping Division of Sharon Steel Corp., Warren, for 12 years, prior to retiring. Survivors include his wife, Vera Clauss Rooks, whom he married Nov. 14, 1940; a daughter, Mrs. Thelma Lukehart of Cortlane; two grandchildren; and a brother, Floyd of Phoenix, Ariz. Services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Shafer-Winans and Love Funeral Home. Burial will be in Johnston Township Cemeter Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday.
