Helen Louise (Bass) Crull

Helen L. Crull, 92, of Cambridge City, passed away on Sunday November 30, 2025 at her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Cambridge City on April 20, 1933 to Alvin and Ruby (Huber) Baas and lived here her entire life. Helen graduated from Lincoln High School in 1951 and then married the love of her life, Don Crull on December 24, 1951. She retired from Wayne Bank and Trust after 31 years, during which she worked as a teller and then as a Loan Officer. Helen loved spending time with her family and golfing trips with her husband and friends. She was a member of Cambridge City First United Methodist Church.
Helen is survived by her husband of 74 years, Don Crull; daughters, Vickie (Joel) Sheipe and Terry (Jim) Hamm; grandchildren, Angela Doddridge, Jeremy (Holly) Doddridge, Jennifer (Tom) Halsey, Lori (Chad) Newhouse and Jamie (Jay) Stolle; great grandchildren, Lindsey (Blake) Brown, Nick Fowler, Whitney Vickers, Bentley George, Madison (Ean) Southerland, Alex and Seth Newhouse, Tristan and Emma Halsey; great-great-grandchildren, Cora Fowler, Kash Brown, Quinn and Brynlee Southerland and Axl Newhouse.
Friends may call from 11AM until the start of the Funeral service at 1 PM on Thursday, December 4, 2025 at Waskom Capitol Hill Chapel in Cambridge City. Burial will follow at Lewisville Cemetery in Lewisville, Indiana.
