Ms. Bass is the daughter of Emma Brittan and the late Douglas Bass Jr. She leaves to cherish her memory, a son, Kiwi C. Nicholson; brothers, Larry Smith (Lois) and Everett Bass (Maria);sister, Karen Bass; and a host of other relatives and friends. A memorial service celebrating Sandra's life will take place at 3 p.m. on Thursday, June 27, at Faith Landmarks Ministries, 8491 Chamberlayne Rd., Richmond, Va. A second memorial service will be held, 11 a.m. on Friday, June 28, at Harvest Assembly Baptist Church, 8012 Fordson Rd., Alexandria, Va.
